Volodymyr Zelensky has met with Joe Biden and Kamala Harris on the White Space to talk about his “victory plan”, which the Ukrainian president hopes will force Russia into agreeing a diplomatic finish to the battle.
It comes amid a row with Donald Trump and the Republican celebration forward of November’s US presidential election.
