Italian rescuers mentioned that seven Syrian migrants survived a shipwreck about 10 miles from the island of Lampedusa, within the Central Mediterranean. The survivors instructed officers that 21 fellow vacationers, together with 3 minors, had fallen off all over the crossing as a result of tough seas.
